Fifteen years on ServiceNow, from every side: partner at a 30-person startup through its sale to Atos, customer leading platform architecture at London Stock Exchange Group, and now vendor, in product at ServiceNow, building AI agents that run in production. In my own time I design, build and ship whole products, solo.
Home is Berkshire, with my wife and our three boys. Off the clock I'm on a padel court or at a chessboard (rated 1200, always up for a game).

Helping shape the product for technology providers (Technology Provider Service Management), working between customers, executives and engineering squads.
- Supported delivery of an agentic CMDB compliance capability that went into production, automating 84% of CMDB cleansing
- Built a triage agent that turns free-form emails into incidents and requests
- Designed autonomous resolution agents with customers using MCP, orchestration and A2A, and built agentic demos shown at public events
- Ran around 10 Executive Business Centre sessions with C-suite leaders, and turned customer feedback into roadmap and feature work
2023 to 2025Senior Manager, Architecture Lead, ESM PlatformLondon Stock Exchange Group
Led a team of six architects and set up the delivery and operating model for the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence.
- Moved seven global corporate functions from shared mailboxes to case management
- Chaired two weekly technical design authorities, accountable for architecture across 15 corporate functions
- Lead architect for consolidating two heritage ServiceNow estates into one
- Cut technical debt on the employee portal by 90% and lifted platform health from 80% to 94%

Joined as a startup of around 30 people and grew with it through the sale to Atos. Clients included UBS, Companies House, Accenture, Moody's, Pearson and National Grid.
- Platform architect for an estate with 3 million end users and 500+ integrations, chairing its architecture review board
- Found hidden loops hammering the database and took incident load times from 15 seconds to under 2
- For SAP Enterprise Cloud Services: took quote to order from months to a week, with 100+ automations and a team of 2 architects and 12 developers
- Delivered Companies House from first workshop to production in four months
